At the same time, smaller businesses expect the same functionality and legal certainty as larger enterprises—but at a reasonable cost.
To reduce unnecessary administration within the organization, more tasks need to be managed by the counterpart in a signing process—such as allowing them to enter information directly into the process themselves. Equally important is the ability to automate workflows via integrations with external systems such as ERP, CRM, or billing.
This is where Formify comes in.
We created Formify because we ourselves lacked a simple and clear solution for digital signing—a service where you only pay for what you use. This is a principle we continue to adhere to: offering pricing based on actual usage to the greatest extent possible.
We also noticed that many existing solutions were unnecessarily complex and mainly targeted at larger businesses. Smaller companies rarely had an option that combined security, clarity, and simplicity at a reasonable price.
We understand that contracts form the core of many business-critical workflows—even in companies operated by just a few people. Most functions found in larger organizations also exist here, just in a more concentrated form. By linking these contracts to business processes and building systems that automate information distribution, notify the right people at the right time, and ensure data ends up where it belongs, we create conditions to minimize errors, secure operations, and free up time.
Our Vision
Our vision is to formalize how we run our businesses—by simplifying business processes to the point where manual work is replaced by digital workflows. We aim to free up time, reduce costs, and increase accuracy in the tasks often carried out behind the scenes. Our journey has just begun.
